Use one currency per document. Enter each receipt’s printed amount and a short note for the trip, project or purpose. Currency selection changes the label and number format; it does not convert exchange rates. Blank amounts count as zero, so compare every photo with the entered amount. Optional browser OCR suggests amounts for your review; confirm each candidate against the original before applying. It does not calculate taxes or determine whether a receipt meets your employer’s reimbursement rules.
Use 2×2 for long receipts or small text and 2×3 or 2×4 for shorter receipts. Images keep their proportions rather than being cropped. If text looks small, reduce the number per page. Extra receipts continue onto new pages. Choose A4 or Letter for your printer and check every page before exporting.
The PDF includes every page and repeats the full document total on each page. PNG saves only the selected page. Long notes may be shortened and the image-based PDF does not contain selectable text. Save before reloading, switching language or navigating away: your work stays only in this tab’s memory. For printing, match the paper size, turn off browser headers and footers, and review the preview.
No. File reading, page layout, calculations, and exports happen in your browser. This tool has no upload endpoint and loads no third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
Optional browser OCR suggests amounts in seven languages. Select the receipt language, run recognition, compare candidates with the original photo and confirm each amount. It can misread totals, taxes and separators. No amount is applied automatically; manual entry is always available.
