Please review these Terms of Service carefully before using Finimore. By accessing or using our website and browser tools, you agree to be bound by these operating terms.

1. Acceptance & Scope of Free Tools

Finimore grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our suite of web-based tools for both personal and commercial everyday productivity.

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any tool on Finimore, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use immediately.

  • Tools are provided 100% free of charge without mandatory account registration
  • Available for both individual and commercial productivity workflows
  • Continued use of the website constitutes full acceptance of these terms

2. User Responsibility & Verification

All calculations, currency conversions, financial simulations, invoice and quote generators, PDF operations, and image outputs provided on Finimore are reference aids and convenience tools.

You bear sole responsibility for verifying all numbers, mathematical formulas, tax rates, currency conversions, and exported documents before submitting them for accounting, tax, commercial, legal, or official purposes.

Finimore tools do not constitute certified accounting, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for binding tax filings or legal agreements.

  • All calculation outputs and generated documents must be independently verified
  • Outputs serve as practical aids and do not constitute certified legal, tax, or financial advice
  • Users assume full responsibility for decisions made or documents submitted using these tools

3. Intellectual Property & File Ownership

You retain full, exclusive ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights to all input files, receipts, documents, texts, and exported files you process using Finimore.

You warrant and represent that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to process the files and data you introduce to the tools. You agree not to use Finimore to process unlawful materials or disrupt service availability for others.

The Finimore name, logo, original website design, UI layout, brand assets, and platform code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Finimore.

  • Users retain 100% ownership of their input files and exported documents
  • Processing unauthorized or infringing files is strictly prohibited
  • Platform branding, code, and interface designs are protected intellectual property

4. Monetization, Advertising & Voluntary Support

Finimore is monetized through clearly demarcated advertising placements and optional voluntary coffee support. Ad slots are kept separate from interactive controls to avoid confusion or accidental clicks.

Voluntary support links (such as Buy Me a Coffee or Ko-fi) represent discretionary tips to assist with hosting costs. A voluntary tip is a non-commercial gift and does not unlock premium features, create a service contract, or establish a service-level agreement (SLA).

Finimore does not offer paid plans, Pro tiers, email paywalls, or locked features.

  • Advertisements are visually separated from tool controls and interactive buttons
  • Voluntary tips do not unlock gated features or create paid service contracts
  • No paid plans, subscriptions, or premium tiers exist on the platform

5. Limitation of Liability & Service Changes

Finimore and all its tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finimore and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or filing penalties resulting from the use of or inability to use the tools.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or operating term at any time without prior notice.

  • No liability for calculation discrepancies, data loss, or indirect business damages
  • Tools and operating terms may be updated or modified as the service evolves
