PDF: up to 25 MB per file and 300 pages. Merge: up to 20 files, 60 MB total. Reordering or copying pages does not guarantee preservation of forms, bookmarks or signatures. Digitally signed PDFs are not supported. Use an unsigned copy so existing signatures are not invalidated.

Combining varied project files into a cohesive document often requires merging separate formats. This tool works by importing PDF documents alongside PNG and JPEG images directly into an ordered list within your browser. By utilizing the dedicated move-up and move-down controls, you can adjust the sequence of each entry before merging everything into a unified PDF file that downloads locally.
In a hypothetical scenario, imagine compiling 1 project overview PDF of 12 pages, 1 technical appendix PDF of 8 pages, and 2 JPEG specification charts. After adding all 4 items to the queue, you click the move-down button to place the charts after the appendix. Because each PDF is well under 300 pages and beneath the 25MB threshold, all 4 items merge into 1 integrated PDF document reflecting that precise order.
Individual PDF files must not exceed 300 pages and 25MB. Because operations depend on local browser memory, large files may cause sluggish execution or memory failures. Furthermore, merging digitally signed PDFs can invalidate existing electronic signatures. Always verify formatting and submission requirements with your recipient, and ensure that you maintain untouched original copies of all files.
Each individual PDF file must stay within a maximum of 300 pages and a file size of 25MB. Uploading files that exceed these limits may cause the browser memory to exhaust, resulting in slow responsiveness or processing failure.
Combining electronically signed PDFs can cause their digital signatures to become invalid. The structural changes made during merging often disrupt the cryptographic integrity of signed documents, so always check recipient submission guidelines and retain unaltered original files.
Use the up and down buttons next to each item in the list. The merged PDF follows the order shown in the list.
